We've been insulating homes and new construction across Indiana since 2006. Many of our crew have been with us for years, some even 15 or more. That's not an accident. We hire people who want a long-term career, and we build the kind of place where they stay.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who show up, work hard, and want to build something over the long run. We're looking for proven leaders, people who hold themselves and everyone around them to a high standard.

This work is physical and the hours are real. Most weeks run 50 to 60 hours. We run rain or shine, hot or cold. You'll be on scaffolding, in tight attics, and in tight crawlspaces, so this isn't the job for someone afraid of heights or uncomfortable in small spaces. We'd rather tell you that up front than have it be a surprise.

Positions We Often Hire

We often hire and have openings for the following positions.

Spray Foam Foreman

Lead a production crew installing spray foam insulation on residential and commercial jobs. Experience with spray foam application and insulation removal is a plus.

New Construction Foreman

Lead a crew insulating new construction projects. Looking for someone with install experience with fiberglass and fiber/cellulose blow-in.

Laborer

Work alongside our crews across multiple job types, helping wherever you're needed. A good fit if you're looking to learn the trade from the ground up.
